Bizarre footage has emerged of a woman spraying a substance onto cars parked near a Fife harbour.
The video, which appears to show the person vandalising vehicles at Lammerlaws Road, Burntisland, has gone viral with more than 150,000 views.
The woman can be seen approaching the vehicles before spraying something on the windscreens and bodywork. The Daily Record reports that a light blue Audi and a blue Jaguar appear to be the two vehicles targeted.
It is unclear what damage was caused, and what the substance was, but police are aware of the matter.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We have received a report of concern regarding a social media video showing an incident in Burntisland.
"Enquiries are at an early stage."
The video was highlighted on the Fife Jammer Locations Facebook page with dozens of people sharing their thoughts beneath the post.
