Footage has been released showing the devastating aftermath of a fire that broke out last night in Douglas Village Shopping Centre in Co Cork.
Over 60 vehicles were damaged in the blaze that spread through the car park at around 7pm yesterday.
An investigation has been launched to find the exact cause of the fire, and to examine the fire control measures in the building, Cork Beo reports.
And the Cork City Fire Brigade shared a video on social media showing the shocking aftermath of the blaze:
Twelve units from the City and County Fire Service attended the scene with over 60 firefighters tackling the blaze in to the night.
One firefighter was taken to hospital for what is believed to have been a minor sprain injury however other than that no injuries have been reported as the shopping centre was quickly evacuated.
Roads were closed off in the area to allow firefighters to tackle the blaze and traffic restrictions are still in place in and around Douglas this morning.

Church Road and the Link Road between Douglas East and West is closed and the N40 Westbound is down to one lane between Mahon and the Kinsale Road Roundabout.
Douglas Village Shopping Centre will remain closed today as investigations in to the fire continue.
Cork City Fire Brigade had a very busy night as units also dealt with incidents on Blarney Street and in Ballincollig.
