Footage show rogue trampoline causing chaos on Inverness road

A rogue trampoline was filmed causing mayhem on a road in Inverness as strong gusts battered much of Scotland.

Stephen Davies captured footage of the trampoline unexpectedly traveling towards stationary cars on Culloden Road on Tuesday.

One driver can be seen mounting the pavement and moving on to the grass verge in their 4x4 as they attempt to avoid the trampoline.

A white van driver then follows suit as the outdoor children’s play-equipment isseen hurtling towards a queue of waiting cars stuck in traffic on the road.

The clip brings back memories of a similar video taken during the now-infamous Hurricane Bawbag storms of 2011.

A voice from the viral video can be heard shouting ”oh my god, trampoline, oh my god”, as the trampoline rolls down a residential road.

The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning as much of the country was battered by high gusts during large parts of Tuesday.

Some areas of the country saw winds of up to 70mph while other parts experienced unseasonable warmth.
