Footage of alleged aggravated robbery released by police

ACT Policing have released footage of a man alleged to have robbed the Swinger Hill IGA X-press with a knife on Saturday, August 28 at about 10.50am.

Police said a short time later a maroon-coloured sedan with NSW plates and red 'P' plates was seen speeding away from the back of the shops towards Yamba Drive.

The man was Caucasian, of medium build and approximately 185cm (6'1") tall.

He was wearing navy work-style pants, a green jacket with a yellow high-visibility shirt underneath, black and white sneakers, a black beanie and a blue medical mask.

ACT Policing believe members of the public know who the person is.

Anyone who may be able to identify the alleged offender, or who has any other information that could assist police, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
