Footage emerges of humble Dublin players cleaning dressing room and enjoying Damien Dempsey sing-song after All-Ireland win

Brilliant footage has emerged of the Dublin players' dressing room celebrations in Croke Park - including the clean-up effort as they left the place spotless forllowing their win over Mayo.

A five minute long video of the moments after they clinched a historic six-in-a-row win over Mayo show the players masked up and sweeping the floors of Croke Park, Dublin Live reports

The brilliant footage appeared after Sunday Game presenter Des Cahill took to Twitter to show fans what happened when he asked Croke Park Stadium director Peter McKenna for some stories from the All Ireland Final.

Des Cahill said: "Ahead of the #SundayGame, I asked Croke Park Stadium Director, Peter McKenna, if there were any incidents or stories from the #AllIrelandFinal between #Dublin & #Mayo - This was his reply..."

The response from Peter McKenna read: "Hi Des, a small bit for the show this evening. The Dublin team cleared up the dressing room before they left last night. This has never happened before. Very thoughtful to the cleaners and others who were waiting to turn it around for today. Humility is the mark of great champions."

But despite the claim that it's a first, it seems that cleaning up the dressing room is a yearly tradition. A celebration from last year's five-in-a-row showed Stephen Cluxton sweeping up as his teammates celebrated around him.
