A Go North East employee's behaviour is being investigated after footage was posted online of him allegedly threatening a member of the public.
A row broke out at Sunderland Park Lane bus station in Sunderland on Friday after a Go North East driver reportedly drove past an elderly passenger.
In a video, posted on social media platforms, the employee can be seen walking up to the face of a man, who appears to have taken a picture of him, before pointing at him and telling him "delete it"

When the man says "no", the employee tells him: "I'll f***ing knock you out" and "get in there now!".
Another member of staff at the bus station appears to tell the man "you shouldn't be taking pictures of drivers".
The employee then points at the man for a second time and tells him "He was no where near the front of that bus".
A number of people then get involved in the altercation with one person telling the driver: "the old person knocked on the door".
A woman, who is filming the incident, tells the bus driver: "You shouldn't be acting like that in your uniform, absolutely not, it's disgraceful. I'll be sending this to someone in Go North East".
The driver appeared to respond with sarcasm by shaking his hand adding "Do you want me to take my uniform off?"
When the man tells him "I'll just get the police", the driver responds by saying: "You're going to get the police for me leaving a passenger that I didn't see."
Ben Maxfield, Business Director at Go North East, told Chronicle Live that they were investigating the issue.
He said: "We have been notified of an altercation involving a member of Go North East staff in Sunderland earlier today.
"It isn’t acceptable for our staff to engage in any kind of threatening behaviour, therefore we are investigating this issue in line with our procedures and we will ensure appropriate action is taken."
