The city is gearing up for four fabulous days of foodie goodness as Taste of Dublin returns to the Iveagh Gardens for what organisers promise will be the most exciting year yet.

The festival, now in its 14th year, offers visitors the chance to enjoy world class dining from Ireland’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants, mingle with the best homegrown chefs and test their culinary skills.

This year, Taste is focusing on the best of Irish, highlighting the country's culinary talent, unique ingredients and reflect on the future of Irish cooking.

Offering a playful twist on the serious subject of quality food, Taste will offer a vast array of restaurants, producers, bars, and exhibitors.

Award-winning chef Bryan McCarthy is already confirmed to be appearing at the festival.

His style of food emphasises wild, foraged and organic ingredients produced as close to Greene's Restaurant in Cork’s Victorian Quarter, where he is executive chef, as possible.
