A well-known restaurant in Dublin 4 was among six premises ordered to close by the Food Safety Authority in August.
The Greenery, at 3 Eirpage House in Donnybrook, was ordered to shut by an inspector on August 21st before it opened again on August 23.
The reason for the order is not yet known and an inspector's report is expected to become public later in the week.
The restaurant was one of six businesses issued with orders to close last month.
Others include Super Ketones at 76 Prospect Hill in Galway which was ordered to shut on August 22nd and has yet to reopen.
China City at 29 Thomas Davis St in Blackpool, Cork, was also issued with an order on August 20 and reopened on the 23rd.
Another Cork take away New Kebabish on 9 South Main Street in Youghal was closed for eight days from the 15th to the 23rd.
Kilkenny Kebabish on 26 Walkin Street was shut for three days from the 16th to the 19th.
In Monaghan, water company Celtic Pure was ordered to stop its production of "all Spring Waters and Production of other Waters from Well 3".
The order was made on August 14th and is still in effect.
