From cooking over an open fire, to the tacos you bought on the corner, aid workers love to pick up recipes from all over the world and bring them home.

Whether it’s lechon in the Philippines or west African jollof rice, what are your favourite meals? Can you remember what you ate when you stayed with a host family or the time enjoyed the unfamiliar flavours of street food? Share the recipes you’ve brought from the field, and pictures of your culinary masterpieces, using Guardian Witness.
