Foo Fighters played Summer Sessions last night - and people all over Glasgow listened from home

The Foo Fighters are renowned for being one of the most epic live bands going - and last night, they proved that they more than lived up to the reputation.

Dave Grohl and co rocked Bellahouston Park at Summer Sessions - but it wasn't just ticket-holders that got to sing along.

Like any rock band worth their salt, Foo Fighters know how to make some noise, but we reckon this has to be one of the loudest gigs Glasgow has experienced in a very long time.

And we're not the only ones who think so. Social media was alight last night with people talking about how they could hear the rock band gie it laldy at Bellahouston Park.

People as far and wide as Maryhill, Partick, Dennistoun and Bridgeton all said they could hear the band blasting out massive hits like Best of You, Monkey Wrench and Everlong.

And it was a mixed response as to whether people were happy to get a free slice of the band or not...

Some were just impressed by the acoustics Glasgow had going on.

While plenty of people were definitely happy to come along for the party:

Folks all across the west of the city were getting in on the action...

And enjoying their favourite songs.

But there were others that were less than pleased by the noise...

The east end of Glasgow were even getting treated to a free gig (whether they wanted to or not).

With people miles away hearing the band, southsiders had no chance...

So Glasgow - did you hear Foo Fighters rocking out last night? Or were you one of the few that were out of earshot?
