Foo Fighters certainly rocked Glasgow last night, but it seems the party was far from over when they left the stage.
As thousands of mud-covered fans waded out of Bellahouston Park, Dave Grohl was backstage enjoying one of the local delicacies.
One of their Summer Sessions support acts, Glasgow rockers The Van Ts shared a clip of the rock star swigging from a bottle of Buckfast , insisting he couldn’t leave the city without it.
Guitarist and singer Chloe Van Thomson captured the bizarre moment on film.
She asks Dave what he thinks of the tonic wine before he appears in the clip clutching the bottle and says: “I wasn’t going to say anything but I wasn’t going to leave this city without at least one bottle of this. It’s my favourite drink!”
As Dave pretends to drink it back, Chloe then says: “There you go everybody, Buckfast wine!”
Foo Fighters played a stellar sold out show last night with support from Slaves, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Hot Milk and The Van T's.
And if you needed any more proof that Dave Grohl is a total legend, this is it.
