Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir stressed on Wednesday that Saudi citizens in Canada are enjoying the care and attention of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The two leaders ordered that the affairs of the Saudis should be attended to in wake of the measures taken by Saudi Arabia against Canada, he told SPA.
Jubeir also announced the establishment of two operations rooms, one at the Foreign Ministry in Riyadh and another at the Saudi Embassy in Ottawa, to follow up on the affairs of Saudi citizens in Canada.
He stressed his ministry’s keenness to do everything in its power to provide for Saudis abroad.
The Saudi citizen is always the focus of the government of his country wherever he may be, he added.
