Flybe has cancelled dozens of flights from UK airports today - is yours affected?

Airline Flybe has cancelled dozens of flights from UK airports today due to "operational reasons".

At least 25 flights have been cancelled, including 10 to and from Belfast Airport and others affecting Aberdeen, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford and Southampton.

Flybe said in a statement: “We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

"All customers affected have been emailed and advised they can rebook for travel on an alternative flight or apply for a full refund.”

Some passengers received texts and emails on Tuesday evening alerting them to the cancellations while others said they received no communication at all.

How to check if you're affected

Simply head to the Flybe website and provide the travel date and enter either a flight number, departure airport or arrival airport.

Flybe also states that if your flight is delayed, please check in as normal. Check-in and bag drop closing times are as per the scheduled time of departure.

As it stands no Manchester flights are affected.
