A brazen fly-tipper was caught on camera emptying his van-load of rubbish on to the middle of a road.
The unknown litterbug deposited the pile of wood, masonry, rubble and plastic over a quiet residential street in Croydon, South London, in broad daylight.
An onlooker, who recorded the selfish act from a neighbouring window, said: “£250 for a skip or £100 to a bloke in a truck who you know is just going to fly-tip it! Who’s the biggest criminal here?”
Neighbour Robert Janes added: “Do people who do this literally have no shame? Incredible.”
A local called Dave said: "This is in Croydon.
"In broad daylight and in a built-up area.

"Shows the pure scale of fly tipping we face today!
"Total scum these people are."
Andrew Ward said: "Wow, daylight too, I wonder what would happen if that was outside Number 10?"
The 29-second clip has been viewed on social media thousands of times.

A Croydon Council spokesman said: "Fly-tipping blights communities and neighbourhoods and we always seek the toughest penalties against offenders.
"Our officers are investigating and to date have seized 48 vehicles associated with fly-tipping as part of our successful Don't Mess with Croydon campaign."
Meanwhile as we previously reported, a frustrated mum confronted two workmen she accused of fly tipping in a national park and forced them to pick up their mess.

Footage of Andrea Good's confrontation with the two men went viral - but the men denied fly-tipping and said they were "sorting the rubbish out".
Mrs Good, who lives in Woodlands in the New Forest National Park, Hants, didn't believe the story however and said: "I ain't being funny mate but you have just pulled up here and this has all been hurled out and you have given me a c*** and bull story about a car going past...
"I'm going to wait here until you clear it up."
