"Rest in paradise beautiful" - this was just one of the moving tributes paid to mum Sorrelle Bamford by her heartbroken family and friends.
The mother-of-four was reported missing last week after she was last seen at an address on Chesters Gardens in Crawcrook , Gateshead .
A major appeal was made to help find the 38-year-old however, after two days of searches, the body of a woman believed to be Sorrelle was found near the River Tyne in Wylam .
Scores of tributes have since been paid to her and on Tuesday evening, loved ones gathered in Wylam to remember her.
In emotional scenes, seen in the video above, lanterns were released into the sky in her memory and floral tributes were placed in the area.
On one lantern, her son Aaron wrote: "Fly high mam. You were too precious for us. I will never forget you and I will not stop making you proud until we meet again.
"Rest in paradise beautiful, love you forever."
Aaron, 19, has previously thanked everyone who helped to look for Sorrelle and shared posts on social media.
He added: "I know not much of it helped in the search but I am eternally grateful for the help and support we have received.
"I won’t forget any of it, RIP Mam, I love you so much."
Sorrelle had three other sons, Philip, Joshua and Harrison.
A JustGiving page was set up in her honour and it raised more than £7,000 within a day.
