Floyd Mayweather 's ex-girlfriend Josie Harris has been found dead by US police.
The 40-year-old is the mother to Mayweather's three children and was found unresponsive within a vehicle on Monday night when police in Valencia, California were called at around 10pm.
Harris was pronounced dead at the scene and police have said they are not treating her death as suspicious.
Mayweather and Harris' three young children were named Koraun, Zion Shamaree and Jirah.
The boxer was in a long term relationship with Josie and served two months in jail after admitting battery and harassment after police said he punched her in their Las Vegas home.
In September 2010, it was reported that Police were looking to question Mayweather after Josie filed a domestic battery report against him.
Back in 2005, Harris accused Mayweather of assault but the charges were dropped in July 2005 after Harris admitted that she had lied and that Mayweather had not assaulted her.
In September 2010, Mayweather was taken into custody on the allegations but was released after paying $3,000 bail charges.
Back in December 2011, a judge sentenced Mayweather to serve 90 days in a county jail for assaulting Harris in September 2010.
On June 1, Mayweather began serving his jail sentence and was released in August 2012.
