Floyd Mayweather recently teased fans by suggesting he had a big announcement to make on Wednesday - but it seems it wasn’t what they were expecting.
It has long been suggested that the legendary American boxer, who quit the ring officially in 2017 after getting the better of Conor McGregor , could return to the ring.
The Money Man has dropped hints ever since his last bout that he could tempted back into the sport despite saying he has nothing left to prove.
And so, when he revealed details of an imminent big announcement, fans were left wondering whether it could be a huge blockbuster rematch with Manny Pacquiao.

But Mayweather has seemingly trolled his fans as the so-called big news was him announcing a new business venture with 'Daily Number' Fantasy Sports platform.
Posting a video on his social media account, he said: "Thank you to the media and my business partners, I have an announcement to make.
“After careful consideration and discussions with my team, I will join Daily Number in 2019 - the baddest mother f****** in the game.
“My next opponent is DraftKings. That’s right, we are coming for the crown.

“My partnership with Daily Number Fantasy Sports will never been the same. I change the game with everything I touched. Whether its boxing promotions, gyms, you name it.
“Now I’m in fantasy sports. I put my money where my mouth is. Championship belts are nice but they collect dust.”
A rumoured re-match with Pacquiao was on the cards after the fight grossed more than $600million back in 2015 - with each fighter making in excess of $160m.
But it seems fans will have to wait longer to find out if that rematch will ever materialise.
