A Florida man and woman were arrested Thursday after they were caught having sex in public in front of a 12-year-old child outside a Clearwater, Fla., theater on Thanksgiving.
Susan Roscillo, 70, and Robert Kellogg, 60, were arrested Thursday and taken to Pinellas County Jail. They each face a felony charge of lewd or lascivious behavior, according to Pinellas County Jail records.
Roscillo was seen by the minor with no pants on, on her back while actively rubbing Kellogg's penis with her hand in front of the Capitol Theater in downtown Clearwater., according to an article by the Smoking Gun.
Kellog admitted to having sex with Roscillo to authorities, but Roscillo was uncooperative, screaming that she wanted a lawyer, Smoking Gun reported.
