Florence Brooke: Glasgow police becoming increasingly concerned for welfare of missing woman

Police in Glasgow are appealing for information to help find a woman reported missing from the area.

Florence Brooke, 24, was reported missing from the Quarrywood Road area around 2pm yesterday afternoon (September 14).

She is described as being 5ft 2in tall with black hair and wears glasses. She was last known to be wearing a white long sleeved top with blue horizontal stripes and a watch with a peach coloured strap, although she may now be wearing a jacket.

She is known to have previously travelled to various cities in England.

Sergeant David Leslie, of Glasgow Easterhouse Police Station said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Florence’s welfare and are keen to trace her as soon as possible.

“We would appeal to anyone with information on her whereabouts or anyone who has seen anyone matching her description to get in touch.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101, quoting incident 1700 of 14 September.
