One of Glasgow's top family-friendly destinations has just announced the latest exciting addition to its line-up – electric karting.
Flip Out Glasgow is introducing electric karting to the park in Rutherglen, with 16 electric karts on offer, and featuring two different sizes for both adults and children (over 1.2m tall) making it fun for all the family.
The team added that they will also be introducing bumper cars and an interactive football pitch along with the electric karts, all of which will be available for guests to enjoy from the end of March.
They'll join the multi-level Laser Quest arena and other upgrades to the inflatables at the site, taking the total to 17 different fun-filled activities for families and kids of all ages to enjoy.

The park already features 63,000sq ft of trampolines, a top-of-the-range soft play area for younger ones and an under 7s trampoline area. There are also two basketball lanes, a huge main arena of trampoline beds, a wipeout machine, airbag, battle beams and Ninja Warrior obstacle assault course.
Talking about the Flip Out refurbishment of its Glasgow park, Richard Beese, co-owner of Flip Out, said: "The team at Flip Out Glasgow are very excited to be the first park in the Flip Out group to bring electric karting to the families of Glasgow. We have researched what our customers want from our indoor adventure parks and go karting has been high on the agenda.

"With a big indoor park such as Glasgow, which has the space for the karts and a track, we were keen to use this popular location to launch the karts. Not quite Hamilton vs Verstappen, but we expect to see a little bit of gentle competitive racing at Flip Out Glasgow this spring.
"We have our much-loved bumper cars at a number of our other Flip Out parks and they are eternally popular with visitors of all ages as are the interactive technology-infused football pitches, which are perfect for all the family, even those who aren't massive football fans. Everybody wants to get involved.
"It's an exciting time for Flip Out Glasgow as these new additions follow hot on the heels of a mini refurbishment in December where we introduced the exciting multi-level, immersive Laser Quest, which is like stepping into a video game, with teams pitched against each other - it's great fun. And the new inflatables have also been very popular. 2023 is going to be a great year for Flip Out Glasgow."
