How long does FlexiSpot take to ship?
Products that are in stock are shipped out between 1-2 business days and should be with you within 3-6 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll be able to track the progress of your shipment using a tracking number. You can find your tracking number on FlexiSpot's website by entering your order number and email address.
What is the FlexiSpot returns policy?
FlexiSpot offers a risk-free 30-day returns policy, which includes no shipping fee. You can also return your order after 30 days, but you’ll either have to pay a 10% restocking fee and have a shipping fee taken off the return or a 15% restocking fee with no shipping fee taken off the return value. Items returned within 30 days but not in a 'like-new' condition will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
