Louise Redknapp turned heads as she showed off her impressive pilate moves on Instagram.
The songstress, 46, enjoyed a sweaty workout session with her instructor Sian Marshall on Friday - leaving fans stunned by her flexibility.
Alongside four snaps of herself hard at work, she wrote: "I wanna see you STRETCH...
"After 3 years I went back to Pilates with one of my closest friends @sianmarshallpilates who is an incredible Pilates instructor."
She added: "I had a fab time - not gonna lie it hurt a bit [laughing emoji]. But felt good to be back... feel loads better even after just one session!"
The ex-wife of Jamie Redknapp was glowing in the photos as she showed off her toned stomach and athletic figure.
She did peace signs to the camera in the first image, looking rather pleased with herself before an intense stretching session.
In the second picture, Louise beamed as she held onto a metal bar with her left leg placed through a hoop as she balanced perfectly.
Louise appeared to be sky-high in another snap as she had both feet off the ground, with her head back and arms and chest open towards the ceiling, while holding onto the bar.
She then took the position further as she raised one of her legs into the air.
Fans of the stunning model rushed to the comments section to compliment her form.
One person wrote: "Sexy Young Lady."

She has made an incredible comeback to social media recently after not posting for over a fortnight.
On Friday, the TV star took to her social media to share a short video of a girls lunch with a couple of pals.
And during the lunch Louise snook off to the bathroom to get a cheeky selfie of herself as she posed in front of the mirror.
Wearing a stylish black jacket, white top and trendy jeans, Louise pouted at the camera as she gave her fans a treat.
“A lovely day with these girls @jo.barnett18 @laraakka,” penned Louise in her Instagram video to her 721k fans. “You can’t beat a girlie lunch.”
She joked in her mirror selfie: "Can't beat a Lou in the loo!"
The mother-of-two is looking her absolute best at the moment, and her fans definitely agree!
