Fletcher Cox held free football camp for kids in Mississippi

Fletcher Cox loves the kids and loves, even more, to give back to his community, so this past weekend, the Mississippi native hosted a free football camp for kids in his native Yazoo City, that included a 7-on-7 tournament as well. The camp for the offensive and defensive line is big for Cox, and he told WJTV, that the opportunity to give back is everything.

“Everything, giving back to the kids,” Cox said. “This camp is 100 percent free. Kids, coaches don’t have to pay a dime and that’s one of my way of giving back, making it special for the kids, making it special for the state of Mississippi.”
“When I first spoke this morning, I was just wowed as I was walking in, walking up to approach the guys and speak to the guys, it’s a really special moment for them, really special moment for me. And we’re having fun.”

The Eagles 4-time Pro Bowler is coming off his best season as a pro after racking up 10 1/2 sacks and All-Pro honors as well.
