Hall of Fame rocker Flea is anything but conventional, so it makes sense that his house is the same. The Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist owns an incredibly unique architectural compound about 20 miles north of downtown Los Angeles.

The first structure on the property was built in 1953 by the prominent modernist architect Richard Neutra as a home for his secretary, Dorothy Serulnic. Nearly 50 years later, the venerable LA architect Michael Maltzan was commissioned to build the central seven-sided structure on the property.
Flea purchased the property in 2019, after which point Maltzan added another 875 square foot addition in 2021.
