A man exposed himself to a schoolgirl in a bizarre drive-by incident. The victim, aged 14, was walking on pavement when a white car pulled up ahead of her. A man then got out of the vehicle and exposed himself to the girl.
The incident happened at around 4.15pm on Sunday May 14th on Arley Road in Appleton Thorn, Warrington. The suspect is described as a white man aged mid 30s to early 40s of slim build, with short dark brown hair and a clean-shaven face. He was wearing navy jeans, a white top and a grey hoodie. The white car is believed to be a Seat.
Cheshire Constabulary said in a statement: "Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and as part of the investigation officers are appealing to anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the area at the time the incident took place."
PC Ann Muldowney, beat manager for Appleton, said: "I understand that this is very concerning behaviour and I want to assure the local community that we are doing everything we can to trace the man responsible.
"As part of our ongoing enquiries, we are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and saw something that didn't look right to contact us. The same goes for anyone who thinks they may know the offender or has any dashcam or CCTV footage from around the area at the time of the incident."
