TV royalty rubbed shoulders with London’s cool crowd at a drinks party to debut The Black Godfather, a companion book to the Netflix documentary. Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos, his wife (and the film’s producer) Nicole Avant and Jessica de Rothschild invited screen stars including Gillian Anderson and Louis Theroux to Maison Assouline, to toast the book with seriously good Negronis.

Talk about multi-talented: Laurence Fox may be best known for his roles on stage and screen, but he’s just as handy with a guitar and a microphone, as evidenced by a surprise performance at the launch of his latest album, A Grief Observed. The rest of the thespian Foxes turned up to The Groucho Club in support, alongside fellow actresses Lily Travers and Mika Simmons.
