Dr Amir Khan has revealed five things people over 35 should do that can change how you age.
In an Instagram video posted on Sunday (19 April), ITV’s resident doctor on Lorraine and Good Morning Britain stressed the importance of getting more light to boost energy, doing short bursts of exercise to increase heart rate, and checking blood pressure once a month to take care of your health as you get older.
He added that standing on one leg for 30 seconds a day dramatically reduces future fall and injury risk, and building muscle twice a week protects metabolism, joint stability, glucose control, and long-term fracture risk for adults.
