Here is some inspiration below:

Rum Eggstravaganza

This cocktail is rich and indulgent, combining hints of honey, vanilla and cinnamon with everyone’s favourite chocolate spread, Nutella.

(Hotel Chocolat)

Ingredients

To serve

  • One Easter Egg

Method

  • Turning your Easter Egg into a drinking vessel is easy. Simply warm the top of the egg, so it becomes very slightly gooey (try holding a lighter near it for a few seconds) and chop around with a sharp knife.

  • Add the rum, Nutella and milk into a blender with crushed ice and blend for 60 seconds. Serve in a chocolate egg.

Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini

This slightly sweeter version of an Espresso Martini with a chocolatey twist is perfect for gin and coffee lovers.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add your Valencian Orange Pin Gin to a cocktail shaker along with the sugar syrup and the grappa liqueur.

  2. Fill to about 2/3 with ice and shake well.

  3. Use a strainer to pour the liquid into a Martini glass.

  4. Garnish with an orange twist.

Rhubarb Martini

Rhubarb is a popular harvest at Easter, and this rhubarb vodka infused cocktail will certainly taste seasonal.

(Chase Distillery)

Ingredients

Method

  • Add Vermouth to a mixing glass over cubed ice, stir until all ice is covered.

  • Strain out and add the Chase Rhubarb Vodka. Stir until very chilled

  • Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice and garnish with fresh lemon peel.

Orange Vodka Martini

This citrusy orange vodka martini with a hint of delicious chocolate is the ideal garden tipple on Easter. To get a real refreshing taste, make sure you chill your martini glasses in the freezer half an hour before serving.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Put ice in a cocktail shaker and pour everything over it.

  2. Shake about 20 seconds and then strain into chilled martini glasses.

  3. Mound sugar and orange zest on a small plate and mix so that sugar absorbs the zest’s colour and flavour.

  4. Rub around the rim of the martini glass with an orange wedge to moisten it. Roll the rim of the glass on the zesty sugar and enjoy!

Candy Floss Champagne Cocktail

These clouds of candy floss dissolved into a glass of beautiful rose champagne will satisfy a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Method

  • Pour champagne into glasses about 2/3 of the way.

  • Right before serving, open your cotton candy and gently pull off a small tuft of candy floss to place on top of the rim of the champagne glass.

  • Serve immediately. Place candy floss into champagne and let candy floss dissolve into champagne before drinking.
