Five lucky people in Wirral received some good news to start the week as they each scooped a cash prize of £1,000 thanks to their postcode.
The neighbours in Marshall Close, Bromborough, landed the windfall when CH62 4WA was announced as a People’s Postcode Lottery Daily Prize winner on Monday.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson said: "I'm delighted for all of our winners in Wirral.
"It's definitely not a bad way to start the week. I hope they all treat themselves to something nice with the cash."
A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People's Postcode Lottery have raised over £500 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
This draw was promoted by ActionAid, which has received more than £8.4 million in funding to change the lives of disadvantaged women and children all over the world.
