Brits will be allowed unlimited exercise outside from Monday, Boris Johnson is expected to announce.
The Prime Minister will reveal his lockdown plans on Sunday - with the first stage coming into effect just hours later.
Mr Johnson's "roadmap", which aims to get the country back to normal, is staggered over the next six months but he said some steps will happen the next day “if we possibly can”.
While gyms aren't expected to open until at least October, Brits will now be able to exercise as much as they like outdoors from Monday.
This means keep-fit fanatics no longer have to worry about the current hour limit before they have to head back home to ensure they don't break the lockdown.

Employees at businesses that have stayed open throughout the lockdown will be able to return to their workplaces - providing it's safe.
Garden centres could also reopen, while restrictions around open-air markets and high streets could be eased which allow traders resume with guidance from the Government.
They will also issue guidance surrounding funeral burials and visiting cemeteries.
The Government 's draft 50-page blueprint for easing the coronavirus lockdown will be rolled out in five staggered steps between Monday and October.

However, officials fear a second wave of coronavirus or a seasonal flu outbreak this autumn could blow their plans off course.
A Government source told the Mirror: “It’s a bit of a shambles.
“Nobody can quite agree what to do and when to do it. Somebody comes up with a bright idea, but the practicalities get in the way.
"We’re not South Korea.”
The plans come as the UK became the first country in Europe to officially report more than 30,000 deaths.
A further 649 people have died, taking the total death toll to 30,076.
