Five motorists have been arrested after they were caught dangerously tailgating to avoid the Port Tunnel toll.
One of the drivers also tested positive for cannabis when stopped by gardai.
It was later discovered that the same motorist was already disqualified from driving.
The arrests were made as part of the gardai's "Operation Daylight".
Gardai said: "Operation Daylight Dublin Port Tunnel - 5 motorists arrested for dangerously tailgating other vehicles to avoid tolls.
"One also tested positive for Cannabis and is already disqualified. All charged and due before Court in the coming weeks."
