Major changes are expected as McDonald's begins reopening in Ireland from May 20.
The fast food giant will start a phased reopening of its restaurants, beginning with six in the Dublin area.
These six will open for Drive-Thru only on Wednesday, May 20.
The exact restaurants that are taking part in the pilot scheme will be confirmed next week.
Bosses confirmed that all Drive Thru restaurants across Ireland are expected to open by early June.

And Agriculture Minister Michael Creed has given his support for the reopening, saying: "McDonald’s is a valued key purchaser of Irish produce and an employer of a large number of people throughout Ireland.
"I therefore welcome today’s announcement that McDonald’s restaurants will begin a cautious reopening in Ireland from May 20th with a small number of restaurants opening as Drive Thru only at first.
"The last couple of months have been undoubtedly tough, both economically and socially, but the recent announcement from Government on the phased reopening of the country, offers reassurance and hope for brighter days ahead.”
However things will not be returning to normal on May 20, and here are five major changes you will notice the next time you visit McDonald's Drive Thru:
€30 per car limit on purchases
There will be a €30 per car limit on purchases when the restaurants do reopen. This will stay in place as McDonald's workers adjust to smaller teams and social distancing in kitchens.
Protective equipment for staff
Protective equipment will be worn, including gloves for customer and courier facing positions and face masks, but they will not be the type worn by healthcare professionals.
Perspex screens in key locations
Perspex screens will be used in key locations in the kitchen and service areas, particularly at Drive Thru windows, to help avoid the spread of the virus.
Contactless payments
Customers will be encouraged to use contactless payments where possible in line with Covid-19 advice.
Queues and slower service
McDonald's bosses have also asked for patience from customers as workers adapt to the new guidelines.
Chief Executive Paul Pomroy said: "We expect there will be some queues for some of our busier sites and our restaurants will look different, with Perspex screens at our Drive Thru windows and employees wearing protective equipment.
"I ask that you continue to be supportive of and patient with our restaurant teams as we slowly and safely return.
"We are asking all of our employees to adapt to how our restaurants now work, and will only reopen at a pace that enables them to work safely."
