Whilst restaurants are closed, getting creative for date night, housemate nights in or just dinner with your family can be a challenge. Thankfully Five Guys is still open for business - so if you’re missing the taste of your favourite burger, they are remaining open for takeaway, delivery and Click & Collect orders too. Five Guys is still able to operate through the new national lockdown, in line with new government guidelines which allow restaurants to prepare food for takeout, collection or delivery.
For customers choosing to order via Click & Collect, they will be prompted to pay for their order prior to visiting their local store, where social distancing measures remain in place to ensure the safety and that of Five Guys staff.

Five Guys is also available for delivery via Deliveroo. The app can be downloaded for both Apple and Android devices, as well ordered online through deliveroo.co.uk.
Customers can also still visit their local Five Guys restaurant to place their order at the counter, with enhanced health and safety measures in place to reflect the Government’s guidance which - helps limit person-to-person contact. In addition, customers are encouraged to order alone to avoid large groups of people queuing at the counters, with contactless payments the preferred method.
A select number of stores will operate the new ‘Curbside’ service. This is a personalised and precise-location food pick-up order service which removes the need for customers to leave their cars to collect their Five Guys takeaway. First introduced during the November lockdown, Curbside uses proprietary location technologies to send timely customer arrival notifications to Five Guys Crew so orders can be prepared and brought to customers as soon as they arrive close to the restaurant. From the start of an order to completion, Curbside supports the entire customer journey, providing a faster, easier order and pick-up experience.
