Police have swooped on Perth after five cars crashed near a large roundabout this afternoon.
Officers raced to the horror smash on the A9 near Inveralmond at around 12.40pm.
They remained at the scene after sealing off parts of the busy road resulting in traffic delays.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police became aware of a crash involving five cars on the A9 near Inveralmond Roundabout in Perth around 12.40pm on Saturday, 25 July.
"There was minor damage only, no injuries and all involved exchanged details.
"The road was blocked for a short time while the vehicles were moved.”
Traffic Scotland said: "M9 partially blocked at J7 due to a multi vehicle accident."
