House hunting in Dublin while being on a tight budget can feel impossible to achieve.
With exorbitant rents, it can be hard to just save up for a deposit in the first place. And even when you do, soaring house prices present themselves as another major challenge.
We had a look on Perfect Property and managed to find a number of fabulous houses and apartments on sale for those on a budget. Some of these might need a little TLC but they can all be transformed into lovely family homes.

A delightful three-bedroom terraced property that has so much potential. The home is set overlooking a green area and has a large garden in the back making it perfect for families with kids.

Another three-bedroom property that can be transformed into a dream home. One of our favourite features is the spacious fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space.

This cosy one-bedroom flat is perfect for single people or couples. There is a stunning bay window in the living room which gives the home a lovely bright feel.
