Five bed home going to auction for just over £70,000

A five-bed home could be yours for just over £70,000.

A terraced house at 472 Stanley Road in Bootle is going to auction on November 24, with a guide price of £73,000. The home has three bathrooms and the potential for five bedrooms over three floors and a basement.

WRB Auctions state the property could make a family home or be converted into flats. Its guide price means it is among Merseyside's cheapest properties with four or more bedrooms listed on RightMove at the moment.

The home has a basement floor area set over 287 square feet, while the ground floor currently has a porch, hall, lounge, kitchen, utility room and a room which could be used as a dining room or bedroom. The first floor has three more bedrooms, with another bathroom.

The second floor has built-in cupboards and a bedroom, with an en-suite. There is a garden to the rear and parking by permit at the front of the house.

According to data from RightMove, properties in Bootle had an average price of £141, 668 over the last 12 months. The majority of sales in Bootle during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £110,725

The auction for this home will be conducted behind closed doors and live-streamed online with remote bidding only. Registration for bidding will close at 12pm the day before the auction.
