Fitness guru Jillian Michaels has popped the question to long-term girlfriend DeShanna Marie Minuto.
The personal trainer proposed with a huge seven-carat diamond ring, to which DeShanna accepted.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Jillian, 47 shared a loved-up snap with her new fiancee.
In the sweet image, DeShanna, 36, held up her hand to show off her stunning new ring - also sharing the picture on her own Instagram account.
"1153 days... here's to thousands more. She said 'yes'," Jillian told her 1.4 million followers on Sunday morning.
Actress Natalie Martinez was one of many to send love to the happy couple, writing: "Congratulations" with a string of love-heart emojis.
"CONGRATS BEAUTIFUL BABIES," celebrity hairstylist Justin Anderson added.
Speaking to PEOPLE, the soon-to-be married couple revealed they got engaged on Saturday.
Gushing about her wife-to-be, Jillian described DeShanna as "beautiful, smart, funny, creative, quirky, passionate" and sweetly confessed she was so "grateful to officially call her mine".
"It's easy to stay together when everything is going great, but when real life sets in and things get messy, challenging, scary, and even downright ugly — that's when the truth reveals itself," she also told the American publication.
"And this woman has revealed herself to be strong beyond measure, wise beyond her years, and loving beyond my wildest dreams. I am so grateful to officially call her mine."
The Fitness App creator explained she opted for a seven-carat emerald cut diamond featuring two single carat, trapezoid diamonds on each side in order to pop the question.
Jillian and DeShanna have been dating since 2018 and have been blissfully happy ever since.
Speaking in the past, the former Biggest Loser star revealed she and DeShanna often work out together.
"I gave her a little routine and she was like, 'I can't walk, I've been zombified, I hate you,' and then, over a couple of weeks … she's like, I just ran my mile in seven minutes and 15 seconds," Jillian once recalled to PEOPLE.
Prior to finding love with DeShanna, Jillian was previously engaged to Heidi Rhoades.
The former couple - who split in 2018 - share two children together: daughter Lukensia, 11, whom Jillian adopted from Haiti in May 2012, and son Phoenix, 9, whom Heidi gave birth to that same month and year.
It's been reported in the past that Jillian agreed to pay Heidi $2.4million as an advance in child support and pays an additional $2,000 each month, in addition to the childrens' school fees, clothing and extracurricular activities.
