An electrician performers pull-ups while hanging from a power line pole in the air in this death defying clip.
The electrician is seen hanging himself at about 130ft off the ground from a set of high-voltage power lines while performing the unusual workout.
His work colleague watched in awe as he waited on an aerial work platform.
The fitness fanatic completed a few sets of impressive pull-ups and slowly lower himself back onto a crane.
The incident took place in the city of Serpukhov, Russia.
Anthony Lafault, 26, filmed the dangerous stunt when he was gazing out of his window.
He said: "I was very worried about the guy, but fortunately, everything ended well."
It's unsure if the man wore any safety harness as he performed the stunt.
