The Crazy Cat Lady is a new NPC who appears in the Underground Music Venue. This is a secret location inside Crystal Cove. Here, provide the Chaotic Enchanted Relic to the white crystal and walk behind it to the left side to find a hidden door that will take you to the Underground Music Venue. Speaking about the Rod, it is a decent rod with a very high Luck and Lure Speed. I mainly like the Luck factor, which lets you catch rare fish on the map. Apart from that, the most adorable part is the Cat that always accompanies you and applies the Skrunkly mutation to the fish you catch, which has a x2 multiplier. Also, it occasionally steals some fish for you along with your regular catch.
