Bolton Wanderers have confirmed the signing of young Burnley goalkeeper Lukas Jensen.
The Clarets stopper has joined the League Two side on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper came through the Youth ranks at his hometown club and made one Superliga appearance for them during the 2017/2018 season.
It proved to be his only outing there, though, as Jensen switched to second division side Hellerup IK soon after.
The Dane continued his development by playing a further six games, while his subsequent departure was followed up by a move to England and a successful trial at Turf Moor.
Jensen - who stands at a colossal 6ft 5in tall - was added to the club's Under-23 squad in 2019 and has been a regular feature ever since.
He is yet to make his Clarets debut, but is well thought of by the Clarets and has already been named on the bench by manager Sean Dyche.
Other goalkeepers at Wanderers currently include Matt Gilks, Fleetwood Town loanee Billy Crellin, and Matthew Alexander.
Jensen becomes Bolton's fifth January transfer window signing after Kieran Lee, Jack Elbouzedi, Ben Jackson and Declan John joined earlier in the window.
Speaking about his loan move to Wanderers, Jensen said: “It’s been absolutely amazing to be here so far. I’ve been looking to get some experience of senior football for a long time, where there’s something on the line in every game.
“To be at Wanderers is really amazing. It’s a big club with a great history and I’ll do whatever I can to help bring back the good times.
“There has been many great Danish players who have played here and hopefully I can carry on and do what they did.”
Wanderers Manager Ian Evatt said: “Burnley kindly let us have a look at him last week and the way he came in and led the team, was dominant with his voice, profile and performance, really impressed me.
“He’s 6ft 7in and is very athletic for a big guy. He will challenge Matt for the Number One spot for the remainder of the season and I’m delighted that he’s with us.”
