The first pictures have emerged of the smiling Scots couple who bagged themselves an eye-watering £5million in the lottery jackpot.
Paul and Louise Drake, both 47 and who live in Seafield near Bathgate with their two sons, hit the jackpot last Wednesday and won the gobsmacking £5,162,779 total.
The supermarket worker and his nurse wife have slogged throughout the pandemic and revealed they 'burst into tears' when they scooped their lottery win.
The huge windfall will be life-changing for the smiling pair, who have now been snapped celebrating with a bottle of fizz as they look forward to what comes next.
Golf and car fanatic Paul, who worked at Lidl, admitted he'd taken a risk and picked a lucky dip which came in as the winning ticket.
Paul matched all six main numbers - 23, 26, 34, 36, 44 and 59 - in the draw to scoop the jackpot.
He said: “Normally I am quite organised with my playing but on this occasion I must’ve been rushing about too much, probably taking one of the kids to an activity.
"I ended up just grabbing three Lucky Dips.
"I can tell you, the winning Lotto ticket did not leave my side for a week.”
It wasn't until he was sleepily checking his numbers on the daily commute that he realised he'd become a millionaire.
