This is the first picture of a "lovely and devoted" mum who was allegedly murdered in her own home on New Year's Day.
Magdalena Pacult was found when emergency services rushed to her address in Stockbridge Village.
It is not known if she was dead at this point.
Calls were made to police following reports of concerns for the safety of the 46-year-old at the property in Custley Hey.
Her partner, Piotr Cichy, 48, has been charged with her murder.
Today, Ms Pacult's heartbroken daughter spoke for the first time about the loss of her mum.
Releasing a photo of the Polish woman, she also told of her dream to return her parent to her native country to be laid to rest.
In an emotional post, on a Eastern European online fundraising page, she said: "My mother was a lovely person and a devoted mother, grandmother and friend.
"Her dream was to return to Poland in her old age.
"However, she did not live to see this old age.
"I want to fulfil her biggest dream and bury her close to her family."
So far, 1,000 Polish zloty has been raised out of a target of 6,000.
Ms Pacult's daughter added: "It was a shock for all our family."
Ms Pacult's family were given specialist support, police said.
A Home Office post mortem has confirmed the cause of death was "blunt force trauma, mechanical asphyxiation".
