The Dockyard Social returns this week after a nine month programme of refurbishment.
The doors are set to fly open at the Finnieston warehouse tomorrow at 5pm, with up to ten different cuisines on offer, a new extended bar area and entertainment on show.
Meanwhile, the inside of the unassuming Haugh Street industrial unit is packed out with colour, murals adorning many of the walls, including the entire length of the new entrance corridor, exclusively designed by renowned Glasgow street artist Rogue One.
Dockyard Social owner Kyle Steel revealed to Glasgow Live yesterday what Glaswegians can expected from the newly launched Dockyard concept, saying: "We closed to refurb and plan the road ahead.
"We’ve put a power of money into it and given the place the vibe and feel it deserves.
"This is the first fully licensed conversion from a warehouse to a street food market. We are able to open Monday-Sunday if we wanted to.
"This weekend, we’re going to open up Friday, Saturday, Sunday - same hours as before - 5pm to 11pm, 12noon to 11pm and 12noon to 10pm on the Sunday. We’ll continue that for about four weeks and then middle of September until the end of September, we’ll open up on Thursdays as well.
"Everything’s new. All the pods have been re-done, the venue’s pretty sweet."
