It's only a matter of days before a highly-anticipated new steak restaurant welcomes in its first customers.
As we reported on Glasgow Live recently, Chateau-X will officially open its doors for the first time on Finnieston's Claremont Street on December 8.
From the founders of Six by Nico, Chateau-X is set to solely serve 'exceptional' Chateaubriand.
Ahead of the official opening, Glasgow Live have been given a sneak peek first look of the new restaurant. To have a look inside you can view the gallery below.
And to celebrate its launch, the team behind the new concept will be offering free steak for all customers this weekend.
On December 4 and 5, there will be free Chateaubriand for two for all customers on a first come first serve basis at the new west end venue.
The free steak offer can be redeemed from 12pm - 10pm and the Chateau-X team hope to feed hundreds of Glaswegians across the weekend and give them the first taste of their new signature Chateaubriand menu.
No bookings are required to take advantage of the offer which will apply to the Chateaubriand only - any snacks, sides and drinks will be paid for.
Doors will open from 12pm on both Saturday and Sunday and customers are advised to queue from 1130am both days.
Commenting on the launch, Nico Simeone said: "From the time we started talking about launching the Chateau-X restaurant idea, we knew everything had to revolve around the perfectly executed Chateaubriand.
"We've taken this much-loved restaurant classic and improved it with seasonally inspired sides and attention to every detail that will set us apart from the competition."
Andrew Temple, Six by Nico's Head of Creative, who oversaw the Chateau-X menu design, added: Our objective has always been to provide incredible value for money to our community through our food and drink experiences.
"We were so excited and passionate about disrupting the market when we debuted the Six by Nico tasting menu to Glasgow, and we are equally as excited and passionate about bringing a new concept that will focus on this wonderful cut of beef, Chateaubriand."
