First look inside new £7m development in Hale where each home boasts its own private rooftop garden

A brand new housing development has been built in Hale worth a whopping £7m. Set in the affluent village where the average house price is £689,600, they are the only residential new-build homes available to buy in the sought-after area at the moment.

Situated on Brown Street in the heart of Hale Village, ten unique townhouses have just recently gone on the market, with 50 per cent of the development now sold.

The homes combine modern design with carefully thought-out construction and attention to detail. Each townhouse has three-bedrooms and boasts a private rooftop garden for indoor-outdoor living, creating an environment like no other property in the area.

Brought to life by Novo Property Group and Project 3 Architect, the homes span four floors and have been designed to maximise both light and space, with each one featuring an upside-down layout.

On the ground floor there is an integrated garage with an electric charging point, a storage area and a hallway with stairs leading to the first part of the home.

Two light-filled bedrooms lie on the first floor, the bigger one with its own outdoor patio area, and a bathroom. Up on the second floor is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens out onto the rooftop garden which has artificial grass, seating areas and modern décor.

On the third and top floor is the main bedroom, which has its own en-suite and private terrace.

The development has been launched to market through the Hale branch of estate agents Thornley Groves. The price of the townhouses start at £679,950 with five of them still available to buy.

House hunters can now visit the show home on Brown Street to get a taste of what it would be like to live in the multi-million pound development.

Stuart Howe, Hale branch manager of Thornley Groves, said: “71-89 Brown Street brings contemporary, sophisticated living to Hale village. We are thrilled to have completed a 100 per cent successful first phase of sales at this ground-breaking development.

“These contemporary homes break the mould in terms of architectural design, offering four floors of accommodation and providing a sleek and stylish fit and finish throughout."

“Each residence is designed to maximise light and space. From the two light-filled bedrooms on the first floor, to the open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the second floor with floor-to-ceiling views and access to the roof garden," said Stuart.

“This striking, elevated garden is designed to maximise the lure of urban indoor and outdoor living, and is completely unique to the area.

“Unlike so many other properties that lie within a stroll of the shops, restaurants and train station in Hale, these offer the added bonus of having a single garage with an electric charging point as well as an additional allocated parking space.”

There are still five homes available to purchase (Thornley Groves)

Stuart, who has worked in Hale for more than 20 years, added: “Hale Village has seen few new build multi-unit developments in recent years. Novo have ensured that the opportunity to create something inspirational has not been missed.

“The first purchasers have now moved in and will be able to enjoy the breath-taking roof gardens over the spring and summer.

“Whilst half of the units are sold subject to contract, there are still five homes available for sale and ready for immediate occupation.”
