First look inside luxury city centre flats at heart of £41.5m project

The ECHO has taken a first look inside luxury city centre apartments as the final phase of the £41.5m project was launched.

Bastion and Central Point are two schemes on Naylor Street led by Integritas Property Group (IPG).

The final phase is known as Central Point Encore and comprises a mix of 52 one and two-bedroom apartments across seven floors.

The apartments were designed by Snow Architects and are within easy reach of the likes of Liverpool ONE and the Albert Dock.

As well as homes, Central Point Encore includes a communal residents' garden, a concierge service, bike storage and parking space. Buyers will also have the option to buy furniture packs, starting at £3,500, which have been matched by IPG's interior design consultant.

IPG managing director Mitchell Walsh said: "The launch of our final phase at this exciting site is a tremendous milestone for us and we are offering investors and renters alike the chance to enjoy a slice of one of the most vibrant, and fastest growing, places in the UK.

"It comes at a great time for the North West property market, with house prices predicted to grow by 24 per cent in the next five years."

Mitchell added that "more than 40 million people" visit Liverpool each year, with "around £1.6bn year-on-year economic growth" in the city.

The development also includes a communal residents' garden (Integritas Property Group (IPG))

"As an ethical property developer, IPG is committed to injecting money back into the communities surrounding our project sites, and we are proud to be working with such a fantastic pool of local talent within our supply chain, offering jobs to local people."

Construction is expected to begin on Central Point Encore in July 2023, with work set to complete in 2024.
