A housing developer has unveiled the first properties on its latest site, boasting that they 'have the technology to reduce bills'.
Northstone, part of Peel L&P, has launched the show home at Glisk in Ellesmere Port, which is the company's first site in the Merseyside and Cheshire region.
Once complete, the development will comprise more than 200 homes, providing a mix of two-, three- and four-bedrooms, as well as green space for wider community use. The properties are rated EPC B, and are "built to conserve energy", according to Northstone.

Anita Jolley, sales director at Northstone, said: "They’re our first ever properties in Ellesmere Port and Cheshire and we’re on a mission to tackle people’s outdated perceptions of new build homes.
"The properties are not only super energy efficient, they’re beautifully designed, built to a high standard and are packed full of features that make them unlike anything currently on the market."

The dwellings are available to buy or rent, with lettings being handled by new company Letta. If reserved now, properties are expected to be ready by November and will be managed by Redwing, part of Liverpool-headquartered Regenda Group.
Louise Nicholson, branch manager at Redwing, said: "Homes at Glisk are the first of many excellent, high quality and sustainable homes by Letta. They’re not only built to an exceptional standard, but provide flexible living space, natural light and low emissions. There’s no doubt they will be extremely popular in the rental market."
As well as opening their show home at Glisk, Northstone has also launched a 'Huddle' space, where potential residents can come and meet the team behind the homes.
Other Northstone schemes are located in Bolton, Wigan and Barrowford in Lancashire.
