On Tuesday of this week we reported that Partick will receive a welcome shot in the arm with the opening of new restaurant Eighty Eight today.
The brand new dining concept takes over the location vacated by Two Fat Ladies on Dumbarton Road - offering diners a compact menu of sharing dishes that will change daily depending on what’s available to the chefs that morning.
And while a sample menu has been released prior to the much-anticipated opening, the restaurant has sent Glasgow Live the unseen menu for us to share and get excited about.
The menu will be served alongside a small but very fine list of wines and artisan cocktails, with plates ranging from £5-£11

The restaurant, which will seat 24 covers and will open for lunch service (12-3pm) and dinner service (5pm-10pm), Wednesday through to Sunday.
