We have been scouring the internet for the best egg chairs, parasols, barbecues and now we need a tipple for those long, glorious sunny days.

- Fill a large wine glass with ice
- Add three parts prosecco
- Followed by two parts Aperol
- And one part soda
- Stir and garnish with a slice of fresh orange
