Gemma Oaten's character is set to cause quite a stir when she arrives on Coronation Street.
The Emmerdale alum will step foot on the Cobbles next week as Isla, and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) soon finds himself quite taken by the flirty blonde.
Gemma was confirmed for her new role last week, where she described Isla as "brave and courageous" and very different to her character in Emmerdale.
In new scenes, Tyrone arrives at his ex Fiz Stape's just as Phill returns home from picking Hope and Ruby up from school, where Phill delivers some bad news - that Ruby has been invited to a party but Hope will have to miss out.
It leaves Fiz fuming but Tyrone tells Phill not to worry about it.
Later on, Tyrone attends the party, but makes it clear to Penny that he's not very impressed by her attitude towards Hope.
After seeing all this, Isla makes her way to Tyrone and Phill and tells him how impressed she is by the way he puts Penny in her place.
Isla suggests the pair go for milkshakes with their kids and with Hope and her daughter Darcy distracted with their drinks, Isla can't help but flirt with Tyrone.
The car mechanic - who is currently single after he split from pregnant Alina Pop when she decided to flee the country and return to her native Romania - took up Isla's offer of a drink sometime for just the two of them.
However, Fiz isn't happy when her former beau reveals he's bagged himself a date.
Gemma previously spoke about the instant "connection" between Isla and Tyrone.
She said: "The moment she sees him stand up to [her daughter] Penny at the kids party and he gives her what for, Isla’s like, 'Go on, lad!' I think there’s an element of Isla that likes excitement and living on the edge, and she sees that in him and she wants to find out more.
"There is a connection there, as you can tell Isla loves her daughter. She sees the in Tyrone, as the scenes develop, you get the sense of the fact that her partner isn’t a good dad. This is the moment she thinks, 'This is what I crave!'"
She added: "Isla walks in, all fur coat and [no knickers] – well, she did wear knickers, don’t worry!
"You know, the mink faux fur coat and gilet. She’s not afraid to just own who she is and be a bit flirty."
